Overseas suppliers applying for registration shall:

1. Be legally established in their country or region.

2. Operate from a fixed business location.

3. Maintain a stable supply chain with an effective quality management system.

4. Comply with China’s import cotton inspection regulations.

1. Application

Submit the required application documents to GACC.

2. Acceptance

GACC reviews the submitted documents for completeness. If any documents are missing, the applicant will be notified once to provide the required supplementary materials.

3. Review & Decision

GACC conducts a document review and, if necessary, an on-site assessment. Approved applicants will be publicly listed. Unsuccessful applicants will receive a written notice of the decision.
