Import Requirements
1. The exporting country and product must be included in China’s list of approved grains, oilseeds, and plant-based feed products.
2. The overseas manufacturing facility must complete GACC registration.
3. The shipment must enter China through a designated port and be processed at an approved grain storage or processing facility.
4. The overseas exporter must complete exporter filing.
5. The Chinese importer must complete importer filing.
6. Import report filing is required for certain bulk agricultural commodities, such as soybeans and rapeseed.
