Measures for the Administration of Registration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives
Article 3
Overseas manufacturers exporting feed or feed additives to China for the first time must obtain an Import Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA). Products without registration may not be sold or used in China.
Article 4
Import registration applications shall be submitted through the manufacturer’s representative office in China or an authorized Chinese agent.
Article 5
Products must comply with the laws, regulations, and technical standards of both the country of origin and China. Products not approved or prohibited in the country of origin are not eligible for registration.
Article 6
Applicants shall submit complete and accurate application documents (in both Chinese and English, two copies) together with product samples to MARA.
