1. The exporting country’s (region’s) traditional Chinese medicinal materials safety management system has passed GACC equivalence assessment.
2. The enterprise is approved and supervised by the competent authority of the exporting country/region.
3. The enterprise is approved and supervised by the competent authority of the exporting country/region.
4. The enterprise complies with the inspection and quarantine requirements agreed upon between GACC and the competent authority of the exporting country/region.
