Announcement No. 1041 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China
433 Import Feed Registration Certificates Issued by the Ministry of Agriculture
According to the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA) has approved the initial registration, renewal registration, or amendment registration of 433 feed and feed additive products manufactured by 162 companies, including Jia Wa Singapore Pte. Ltd., and other enterprises.
Among these:
* The product “Digen”, manufactured by Trouw Nutrition Nederland B.V. (Netherlands), has been reissued an Imported Feed Registration Certificate due to a change in its approved scope of use.
* The product “Deukan Goldfish Premium Feed”, manufactured by Deuka GmbH (Germany); the product “Verdan”, manufactured by IDENA Production SAS (France); the product “Aitemon”, manufactured by Biorigin (Brazil); the products “You Ru You,” “You Ru Yi,” “You Ru Dai,” “Niu Yi Ru,” “Yang Yi Ru,” and “Zhu Nai You,” manufactured by Schils B.V. (Netherlands); and the products “Royal Canin Satiety Weight Management Adult Wet,” “Royal Canin Renal Adult Wet,” and “Royal Canin Renal Feline Wet,” manufactured by Mars Austria GmbH, have all been reissued Imported Feed Registration Certificates due to changes in their quality standards.
* The products “Caru® Classic Chicken Recipe Cat Food,” “Caru® Classic Chicken & Crab Recipe Cat Food,” “Caru® Classic Wild Pollock & Turkey Recipe Cat Food,” and “Caru® Classic Turkey Recipe Cat Food,” manufactured by Applaws Pet Nutrition Park (USA), have been reissued Imported Feed Registration Certificates due to changes in their formulations.
Accordingly, the following original Imported Feed Registration Certificate numbers are hereby revoked:
(2024) Foreign Feed Registration No. 010, (2021) No. 520, (2025) No. 798, (2025) No. 027, (2024) No. 518, (2023) No. 232, (2024) No. 512, (2025) No. 1041, (2024) No. 1158, (2024) No. 519, (2021) No. 882, (2021) No. 883, (2021) No. 692, (2023) No. 300, (2023) No. 301, (2023) No. 302, and (2023) No. 303.
In addition, four products manufactured by three companies, including Vitalac (France), have been issued replacement Imported Feed Registration Certificates due to changes in the product trade name, applicant company name, or manufacturer name. The original registration certificate numbers remain unchanged.
The supervision and inspection of the above-mentioned products shall be conducted in accordance with the national standards of the People’s Republic of China and the quality standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
