Requirements for Application Dossiers for New Feed and New Feed Additives

1. Newly developed single feed and feed additives that have not yet been approved for use in China.

2. Feed additives applying for an expanded scope of use.

3. Feed additives with specifications below the permitted levels, except products formulated with carriers or diluents at prescribed ratios.

4. Feed additives with significant changes in the manufacturing process.

5. New feed or new feed additives not commercialized within three years after approval, where production is applied for by another enterprise.

6. Other cases as specified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA).

Determine whether official registration is required.

Define the appropriate registration category and application pathway.

3. Testing Program Design

Develop a complete testing plan and coordinate with authorized laboratories.

4. Cost & Timeline Evaluation

Estimate project costs, processing time, and potential risks.

5. Enterprise Standard Preparation

Assist in drafting and filing enterprise product standards.

6. Application Dossier Preparation

Prepare, organize, and standardize all technical application documents.

7. Testing Coordination

Coordinate with testing laboratories and monitor the entire testing process.

8. Report Review & Method Validation

Review test report compliance and assist with method validation.

9. Application Submission & Follow-up

Submit the application through the official system and track the review progress.
